Dr Jakobe graduated from Ohio State Vet School in 2007. Since then, she has worked in many realms of veterinary medicine including emergency medicine, general practice, low-cost surgery and shelter medicine. She has volunteered her time to travel to many countries including parts of Central and South America with World Vets in broadscale efforts to provide appropriate care to pets in need.
Her passion is to provide affordable veterinary care. She is devoted to improving the quality of life of pets and preventing avoidable diseases. Her experience working at many different hospitals/clinics across the valley convinced her of the need for more cost-effective surgical options for pet owners.
